Jon has extensive experience in setting up and running various service led businesses. He formed his own estate agency and financial services company selling this to a major institution.

On re- acquiring the business and trading for a number of years he then merged it with the largest independent agent in Europe and was asked to set up a Valuation and Survey business. This he did and on leaving the organisation had created a top 5 UK firm of residential Chartered Surveyors.

Jon is a Chartered Surveyor and believes with passion the need to drive uniform levels of quality and service “our customers need to confident that CR Energy will deliver a quality product right first time,everytime!”

Shelia Whimpanny
Office Manager

Sheila has over 24 years experience gained throughout her career within her roles of Office Manager, Business & Operations Manager and HR Manager. During this time achieving the qualification of Leadership Training for Managers in February 2004. Some key areas of expertise being Client Relationship Management, Evaluating Processes and Improving Efficiencies, Staff Training and Development, Staff Resource Planning, Change Management & Team Leadership.

During a significant part of Sheila’s career she was fundamental in the development and expansion of a Surveying, Architect and Project Management business throughout exponential growth. Managing the project to achieve the Investors in People Award in 2005 for all Departments being a key achievement.

Terry Lennon
National Operations Manager

Terry has gained over 35 years of management experience. Before joining CR Energy in 2007, Terry worked within the retail trade where he established and, for 30 years, ran his own successful business. During this time Terry developed his management skills.

Terry, as National Operations Manager for CR Energy is responsible for all the Assessors in the field nationwide. This includes Assessors carrying out both domestic and commercial EPCs, Air Conditioning Reports, Inventories and Floor Plans. Terry has trained as a Home Inspector, Domestic Energy Assessor, Non Domestic Energy Assessor Level 3 and a Display Energy Assessor. Terry has been in the industry from its inception in 2007 and has gained valuable experience at all levels.
